“We call to ask if it was windy as we saw on weather website. They informed it was not windy so we booked for it today. It was windy, we ask for refund, they decline for refund. This is very bad customer service. If weather is not good they should refund money, and not ask customer to take chances in windy weather so they can make some more money”

“Kyle was a fantastic guide. He shared lots of interesting information about the local flora and fauna and made sure we took enough breaks to enjoy the scenery and catch our breath. The trail definitely requires a basic level of fitness, but it’s absolutely 100% worth it. We started at 6:30 am and it took us about two hours to reach the top. The weather was perfect and the views were incredible all the way up 🥰🥾 Overall - an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended🙏🏻”
